DAY 11

Hi all,

We decide to stay another day in Vernal so we could spend a little
time with Erin & Ryan and of course, little Ella.

After we spent the morning doing laundry, Ryan was able to get off early
from work so we could go exploring around Vernal. So we head out to Red Fleet State Park.

Happy to get out and the weather is great !

Even little Ella is going to join us.

The three Amigos are ready.

As is Ella.

We strap up the baby for a 3-mile hike to find dinasaur tracks.

And we are off.

We find the tracks but the dinasaurs are long gone.

We then head over to Rainbow Island overlook.
These mountains look deflated.

On the way we spot these petroglyphs.
Now we want everyone following us to tell us what they think they say and we will post it on the site later.

Rainbow Island overlook.

Do you see all the elk behind the last row of trees on the right ?

Now do you see them ?

With this telephoto lens you are able to see them from way up here.

We head back to their house to get one last sniff of Ella.

One great visit with one great family.

Tomorrow we head to Jackson Wyoming to spend the next 3 nights and to go to Grand Teton National Park.

See you on Day 12 Ralph, Prilly & Sue
